German American Artists was founded in 2005 to promote artists with a strong affinity to German culture. We are creating a distincitve identity for our group, hoping that  fellow artists will join us and contribute to the mosaic of German American Artists. In providing a stage to the growing circle of our members we are able to engage the audience in the ongoing German-American "story-telling". A fascinating endeavour.

The 1870 Art Center is a cultural resource for the community. It provides working studios for professional artists and has an established art gallery.

San Mateo County - ARTshare

ARTshare is San Mateo County's Local Arts Partner.

ARTshare ensures the continuity and strength of San Mateo County's cultural organizations, improves the quality of life, and enhances the image of San Mateo County as a culturally rich community. ARTshare accomplishes this by providing advocacy, promoting collaboration, and developing support for the arts.

The Saatchi Gallery has always aimed to provide an innovative forum for contemporary art, presenting work by largely unseen young artists or by established international artists whose work has been rarely or never exhibited in the UK.
